You can create a new trip request by going to the website’s main page and clicking on the button “Let’s Start”.

Can I create a trip with multiple destinations?
Absolutely, when you are creating a new trip request, you can add multiple destinations one after another.
Who are travel Operators?
Travel operators are specialists in the destinations you want to visit. We carefully select Operators using a two-step authentication process.
How long after I created a trip request will I start getting offers?
You will start receiving offers immediately after you create a trip request.
What if I don’t receive any offers on my trip request?
Every trip request receives offers from operators for 7 days after which the offers stop. If you haven’t received any offers, we suggest changing small details on your trip request such as increasing your budget. In the rare case that you still haven’t received any offers, you can contact us and we will have an associate get in touch with you to assist you.
How can I cancel my trip?
Once you have created your trip request, you can cancel anytime. Please note that if you cancel after choosing a travel operator and paying for the trip, you will be charged 50% of the amount you paid
Payments
When do I have to pay?
You can pay once you have chosen the Travel operator with whom you would like to have your trip fulfilled You can pay online with paypal, any credit or debit card.
Can I pay in installments for my trip?
Yes, you can also choose how many installments and the amount you would like to pay in each installment for your trip.

Insurance and Safety
How does the insurance / guarantee policy work?
Every trip that is planned with Own the Trip comes with an insurance coverage. With our Insurance: Get assistance with rebooking your flight and hotel. Get coverage for pre-existing medical conditions, trip cancellation, trip interruption and trip delay coverage. Get coverage for lost, stolen or damaged baggage.
Who do I contact in case of an emergency?
Traveler safety is our number one priority. In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately and we will have a representative assist you.
Profile and Login
Can’t remember my user id or password
If you cannot remember your password, you can click on the forgot username or password link and we will send you an email with a link to reset your username or password.
How can I change my profile?
You can update or change your profile information by clicking on your profile image on the top of the page and selecting “My Profile”.
Reviews and complaints
What if I have any complaints about the trip?
If you have any complaints regarding your trip, you can contact us and we will assist you immediately as best as we can.
How do I rate or review a travel operator?
Once your trip is completed, you will receive a notification where you can review and rate the travel operator.
