What is an Operator

Who are the tour operators?

Tour operators are either local professionals, small travel agents, large travel agents and registered travel advisors.

How can I become a tour operator?

You can register with us by clicking on “Register with us” on the header of the website and signing up. Once you have signed up, you will be able to see the “Become a Tour Provider” page and you can click on the button Register to fill out your information to become an operator. We will check your information and notify you as soon as you are approved!

Why should I become a Tour Operator?

With your expertise about a location, you can help travelers have an amazing experience. Plus, you can work at your convenience, and get paid for your services.


How it works

When will I get paid?

You will get paid as soon as the traveler’s trip is completed.

How can I get in touch with the traveler?

Once a traveler chooses your offer, you can chat with the traveler and send messages by clicking on the chat icon next to the trip request confirmation.

Can I send multiple offers to different travel requests?

Yes, you can send offers to multiple travel requests, but we suggest handling no more than 3 trip requests at any given time. You can send only one offer to a trip request; you cannot send multiple offers for the same trip request.

I specialize in multiple locations; can I choose all the locations?

Yes, if you specialize in multiple locations, you can choose all the respective locations you specialize in when registering as an operator.

What should I do if I have a complaint about a traveler?

If you have any complaints about a traveler, you can contact us and we will assist you immediately as best as we can.

Where can I see my rating and reviews?

You can view your rating and reviews on your profile. You can access your profile by clicking on your profile image on the top of the page and selecting “My Profile”.
